Key words: copper sulfate poisoning; acute renal failure crit 9.4%, platelet count 94 000/cm3 and CPK was 2528 U/l. GG received intravenous fluids and was transfused with 3 U of PRBC and 3 U of FFP. He was also given penacillamine 40 mg/kg and dimercaprol 5 mg/kg i.m.
